Raising the bar on in home dinning experiences from very intimate sit down dinners to cocktail receptions in your own back yard.


Chef 204 came to life with the passion of three brothers originally from Winnipeg MB who have been making a mark for themselves in the industry for the past ten years, putting new meaning to service standards in the dinning room to making a dinning experience taste they way you and I know that it should.

Chef Mark Henri, is a creative force to be reckoned with in the kitchen. Since graduation from SAIT in 2008 Chef Mark has been creating menus that are cutting edge and pushing the bar of what should be done in a kitchen. He can walk into any kitchen commercial or residential and prepare a meal that you will talk about for years to come. His experience and talent are what you want at your next function or dinner party.

Matthew Henri, has taken customer service to the next level. Matthew has a way with his guests, giving them a dinning experience that is seamless. His knowledge of food and wine are something you see on the food network. His main goal is to entertain a night that you will never forget. He is witty and charming and knows his way around any dinner table. Coming from a variety of restaurants across canada he has pleased guests in such places as RedWater Rustic grille (Calgary AB), The Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Hy’s Steakhouse and Terrace 55, and soon he can be in your very own dinning room.

Stephen Henri, is the wine knowledge that every wine enthusiast wants at there event, weather you are just a new person getting into wine or a veteran looking to brush up your skills. Stephen’s ability to pair wine with the creations of Chef Mark are so perfect you would think you were drinking in California’s wine country or maybe you would be in France sipping under the Eiffel tower, who knows that is up to you. This is a feature that you do not get at your everyday dinner party. Your guests will be on cloud nine in the end.
