and friend, I have developed a passion and flair for creating cakes. I am a qualifed chef and patissere chef,ive completed cake decorating courses.

I have a passion for creating a special cake for all occasions, whether a wedding a birthday, christening or you want to treat someone special.
I'm a qualified chef and patisserie chef and I've completed cake decorating course working chocolate and sugar paste. I'm self taught at making novetly cakes.
