BUY FOR LE$$ HISTORY
After working most of his life in the food and grocery business in Michigan, Hank Binkowski moved to Oklahoma in 1986 to work for a five-store grocery chain. He made the decision to enter the Oklahoma grocery world as a store owner in February of 1988. He purchased the BUY FOR LE$$ store at Penn and Hefner; redefined its pricing and marketing image. By 2003 we had expanded to 9 stores. In 2005 BUY FOR LE$$ piloted its first Hispanic format store to cater to the growing Hispanic population in the metro area.
BUY FOR LE$$ TODAY
As of June, 2011, BUY FOR LE$$ has 13 stores throughout the Oklahoma City metro area employing over 1,100 people. We pride ourselves on keeping prices low, maintaining the highest quality perishables and providing a large variety of international items.
The BUY FOR LE$$ mission is and always will be to endlessly search for the best deals, the freshest perishables, and the highest quality items on all of the products you buy and use every day.
We do ALL OF THIS so you can BUY - FOR - LE$$!
