"GRANAIO" products are meant specifically for artisan bakers and for industrial bakeries. The products are divided into:

-Nucleo: concentrated mixes for special bread. The dose varies according to the type of bread;

-Improvers and Yeasts: Natural improvers made of enzymes; the dose varies from 0,5%-1,5% according to the improver;

-Pastry: semi finished products for pastry;

-Fresh Pasta: complete mix for gnocchi, just need to add water;

-Organic: organic flour Arifa and Enzymatico.bio improver.

"RUGGERI" - The ingredients are contained in the mix, just add water (or milk for the cakes).

Ruggeri’s line is suitable for homemade bread and cakes, for the Horeca channel and little bakeries.
