Bianca's Bistro is a family owned and operated coffee shop established in 2013. Our mission is to provide the freshest, most delicious coffee, beverages and baked goods while helping to support local businesses and the community.

We only work with local roasters, bakeries, farmers and dairies. Every weekend our coffee beans are roasted to bring you the freshest, aromatic, eye opening brewed coffee available. All of our pastries, muffins, sandwich breads and other tasty treats are baked early every morning. The flour is also made daily from freshly ground wheat sent from our local bakery's family farm. Our smoothies are made with delicious hand picked fruit from local licensed farmers. We have a variety of hot or iced tea that ranges from green, black, certified USDA organic as well as decaf.
