Origin of Bhaijaan’s name : Most of my father's nephews and nieces used to call him with this nickname i.e. “Bhaijaan”. As the matter of fact, he is their maternal uncle (mamu). Due to their true affection for my father we named our shop "Bhaijaan" .

Shaami Kabab : Among all Indian mughlai cuisines, Shaami kabab has its own dignity and it is luscious delicacy with crispiness. It is composed of small patty minced meat with chickpeas & traditional spices. Furthermore, Shaami Kababs are tremendously popular in India, it is served with raw onions and chutney made from green chilly or mint or coriander.
