Bexley Level 2 Electricians is your premier local choice for Accredited Service Provider (ASP) electrical services, specialising in the complex work that bridges your property's electrical system with the main electricity network. Based right here in Bexley, we are deeply familiar with the local infrastructure and the specific requirements of energy distributors like Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy. Our accreditation ensures we possess the specialised skills, training, and authorisation to safely and legally perform tasks beyond the scope of a standard electrician.
Our core focus is on the essential infrastructure that delivers power to your home or business. We cover all four categories of Level 2 work, giving you a single, reliable point of contact for all connection, metering, and service line needs.
* New Connections and Upgrades Whether you are building a new home, a granny flat, or expanding a commercial property, we handle the complete process of connecting your premises to the power grid. This involves installing new overhead or underground consumer mains from the network connection point to your main switchboard. We also expertly manage power supply upgrades from single-phase to three-phase, which is often required for modern, high-demand appliances like ducted air conditioning, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, or commercial machinery.
* Private Power Poles and Service Lines We are experts in the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of private power poles (timber or steel). We also manage all aspects of your service line, including the Point of Attachment (POA) where the cable connects to your building, ensuring proper clearance and compliance with safety regulations. If your service lines are damaged, we provide fast and reliable repairs to restore power safely.
* Disconnections and Reconnections (D&R) For major renovations, property demolitions, or when service line repairs are necessary, we perform the authorised disconnection and subsequent reconnection of your power supply from the network. We coordinate with the energy distributor to ensure a seamless and compliant process with minimal disruption. We can also set up a Temporary Builder’s Supply for construction sites.
* Metering Services We install, relocate, and upgrade all types of electricity meters, including single-phase, three-phase, and advanced smart meters, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with energy retailer requirements. We manage the necessary paperwork and liaise with your energy provider for certification.
* Defect Notice Rectification If you have received a Defect Notice from an electricity distributor, our accredited team provides prompt diagnosis and compliant repairs to rectify issues such as faulty cables, non-compliant attachments, or outdated switchboards. We ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, ensuring the defect is cleared and your property remains safe and compliant.
Choosing a Level 2 ASP is a necessity, not an option, for any work involving the main electrical network. By choosing a local Bexley-based business, you benefit from our intimate understanding of the area's power infrastructure and a commitment to serving our community. We are dedicated to transparent pricing, exceptional communication, and delivering guaranteed workmanship on every project.
For emergencies, upgrades, or new installations concerning your property's connection to the power network, trust the accredited specialists at Bexley Level 2 Electricians to keep your power flowing safely and reliably.
