From cookies, bars, and brownies to our most requested chocolate maple bacon cupcake, there is sweet treat for every palate.

Let us cater your next party or event with our platters and packages. We Specialize in providing both dessert and food options for baby and bridal showers, weddings, birthday and anniversary parties, company meetings and functions, or any other gathering where treats are needed.

While Impossible Pastries is newly established, the chef and baker is not new to pastries. Baker and Owner, Emily Erickson has been baking since childhood and graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in 2009.

Having worked in local bakeries for 6 years where she worked her way from counter help, to Assistant Baker followed by Head Baker and manager of a pastry and production team, it was time to put her dream to the test and start a business for herself. ImPossible Pastries was born with the thought that nothing is impossible if hard work and dedication to the goal does not falter. Whether that be fulfilling a lifelong dream, or creating fresh and delicious treats everyone can enjoy.
