For corporate team building across Massey Hill, Battle House Laser Tag runs mission-based tactical laser tag that gets coworkers communicating, planning and leading under pressure. The relaxed setting lets people adapt and solve problems together without the feel of a conference room exercise. Staff brief the group, hand out equipment, organize the teams and guide every game, so the organizer can step into the arena instead of managing the activity. Groups larger than one game's capacity can run as a two- or three-hour event, with smaller teams rotating through the arena in turns. A referee starts each session with a Rules of Engagement safety briefing that forbids running, climbing and touching fellow players, setting clear expectations for every employee. Massey Hill is an older Fayetteville neighborhood south of downtown with roots in the textile mill era, and local businesses there make up part of the area's established workforce. Related services include Indoor Tactical Laser Tag (Open Play) and Kids and Teen Birthday Parties. Team building groups also come from Pearces Mill, Cross Creek and greater Fayetteville.
