BBQ Catering and a Great Place to EAT!!!

Bam Dazy Competition BBQ and Catering started in our backyard with family and friends on a basic gas grill. One day, someone asked the fateful question, “Why aren’t you guys doing this in a competition?”

So there we began. Named for two beloved Boston Terriers, Bam and Daisy, we put together our team and entered our first BBQ competition, a local United Way cook-off. We won the Critic’s Choice Award and haven’t looked back, since.

Our ribs and tri-tip won 3rd and 4th, respectively, at Placerville’s Smokin’ for Gold Cook-Off where we also won the People’s Choice Award.

2011 will be a fun and exciting year for Bam Dazy with an ambitious competition schedule of 10 Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) sanctioned events throughout Northern California. We’ll be running with the big dogs as points earned at these events count towards qualifying for regional and national championships.

We look forward to seeing you at our store front at 12005 Shale Ridge Rd. Auburn, CA!!!!!!!!
