Dean is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, counselling therapist and reiki practitioner offering a safe space for effective healing to help you find meaning and purpose in life and discover your life’s mission. His hypnotherapy is effective in treating a range of psychological, neurological and physiological ailments, including anxiety, depression, anger management, sleep disorders, grief and loss, phobias and fears and healing the inner child. Dean also facilitates past life regression hypnotherapy for spiritual healing. Dean’s person-centred counselling allows the client to feel that they are being heard. He believes it’s important to build a healthy and comfortable rapport with his clients and it is comforting to know that you can experience effective healing with a therapist who understands your needs, without any judgement. Dean has a Level 1 and 2 in reiki healing which he uses intuitively to help clients with issues such as physical pain, emotional and relationship problems to release blockages and rebalance. Using hypnosis as the basis, Dean’s past life regression therapy aims to help people resolve patterns and fragments from their past lives. By facilitating relaxation and allowing effective change within the unconscious mind, Dean will help you connect with your inner self and integrate these aspects into your human experience. His clients often come away feeling empowered, with better coping skills, a release from phobias and generally much more self-sufficient. Helping others is an integral part of Dean’s being and he finds great joy in allowing them to discover how their mind operates. As they progress with their therapy, they begin to understand the anatomy of their mind and the reward that comes with discovering their deepest sense of self-awareness. He says once people become self aware, they can help themselves from that point on. Dean believes all of us are able to shift from a place of despair and into a place of self-empowerment and deeper knowing.
