Dumplings are the most soulful and popular dishes in China especially for the people of northern China. They are widely considered the national food of China. In Chinese culture, dumpling is a symbol of luck and thus frequently served in various celebrations like Chinese New Year, national holidays, birthdays, weddings, reunions, family gatherings and sending off friends.

At 4Dumplings, we are excited to offer this traditional Chinese cuisine to Memphis community and proud to be the first restaurant to focus and specialize in making Chinese dumplings. We select fresh and high quality ingredients, prepare and complete dumpling making and cooking daily, from scratch and on site, for your lunch and dinner.

We strongly believe a healthy and productive life begins with healthy eating. At 4Dumplings, our chefs design low fat and low calorie recipes and choose one of the healthiest, cleanest and the most traditional cooking technique, steaming, to finish all the dumplings. There is no MSG or butter in our dumplings and we don’t fry at all.
