We're wired to make things. Being a bit geeky, we're definitely cool with plans and order and organization and process and diagrams. (We really like diagrams.) But we're also creative, and we get way more excited about seeing things happen and ending the day with something we can all look at and be proud of. So we've learned that process and linear thinking have a place, but that they mustn't be developed until after there's an idea, and that they must never get in the way of helping that idea become something real.
