The concept behind our restaurant is to serve the finest red meat with the finest red wines! All of our food (and some of our alcohol) is sourced from within the UK because we believe that British is best.

Before opening the finest beef joint in England, we travelled the world and tried the best that America, Japan and Argentina had to offer and came to the happy realisation that the most tender and full flavoured red meat is actually. . . British!

Our award winning beef is selected for us by master butcher Donald Russell – royal warrant holder to H.M. the Queen. Their cattle are naturally reared all over the UK and dry aged for an absolute minimum of 28 days.

You have the option to come to our butchers counter so you can choose which cut of beef you want and how big your steak should be. And while steaks rule at Winston O’Boogies, we believe our Boogie Burger is the best you will find this side of the Atlantic.

While many restaurants have pages and pages of wines, we have painstakingly selected our favourite red meat wines. However, if you’ve had one you think is superior, then bring a bottle in for us to taste and if we agree with you we’ll change it!

At Winston O’Boogies we pay homage to all the great rock and pop stars from the fifties all the way through to the modern day. Throughout our restaurant are tributes to these iconic stars such as the fabled ‘Lennon wall’, from Prague in the Czech Republic.

The ‘Lennon wall’ was once a normal wall but since the eighties it has been filled with John Lennon inspired art. Whenever the wall was repainted by the Communist regime, within days it was again full of drawings and poems. Nowadays the wall serves as a reminder of those grim times.
