What is Timmy O's Frozen Custard?

Frozen Custrad is gourmet ice cream which first originated on Coney Island New York as a carnival treat at the turn of the century. It's unique because it contains 1.4% egg yolk and low overrun (amount of air whipped into the product while manufactured). The result is a dense smooth frozen dessert with the same amount of calories as ice cream. To ensure freshness, our frozen custard is store made in our special machines in small batches. We serve Cups, Cones, Sundaes, Milk Shakes, Concretes, Banana Splits, and take home Pints.
