The Pointe is the transformation of a 100 yr old leather lace and cotton sash factory into the premier adaptive re-use and mixed-use development in the Butchertown/Nulu Area.

Characterized by 18ft high skylights, large timber post, exposed brick, wooden floors, and a unique blend of historical charm with modern amenities.

The Pointe Offers premier office, event, and retail space. We are also the home to The Alley Theater.
