The Old White Bear
Featuring Modern European cuisine, The Old White Bear is a restaurant and bar offering unpretentious, wholesome and good value food.
The Old White Bear is the second venture for restaurateur Jasper Gorst, who opened his first restaurant, The Oak on Westbourne Grove, W11 eight years ago and which is now established as one of Notting Hill’s favourite restaurants for wood fired pizzas and relaxed dining.
Jasper waited for the right site for a sister restaurant until he fell in love with The Old White Bear and its unique position in the heart of Hampstead, just minutes away from the Heath.
Menus at both The Oak in Notting Hill and The Old White Bear, feature the best of Modern European cuisine, cooked using the finest quality seasonal ingredients.
The General Manager is Aby Scott, who first teamed up with Jasper when he launched The Oak.
The Old White Bear has now been open for over a year, and is in full swing of providing the ideal location to enjoy excellent wine & food for the Hampstead community.
Come in and enjoy yourselves; from our busy sunday lunchtimes, to having an intimate meal for two mid-week, or holding a celebratory dinner for close family & friends in our gorgeous first floor private dining room; our welcoming and efficient service will complete your "home from home" experience.
