Our mission is simple: abandon expected archetypes and challenge the status quo. Taking ques from the Americana feel, permeating fashion and music trends, a restored and converted 1967 Airstream trailer gives us immediate presence and differentiation from your typical food truck. Our menu is a homage to the hard working farmers and fishermen on the bountiful East End of Long Island. With our famous lobster roll, anchoring the menu we intend to harness the energy of today's food culture and the demand for healthier, fresher, and more innovative fare.
