Chef Hiro has been a master sushi chef for over 20 years, and is now gracing us at Murasaki. His creativity is only surpassed by his desire and devotion for the freshest quality ingredients, a true "stickler" to his Japanese heritage. His signature Genji Roll (a flash fried spicy tuna roll w/ a generous helping of tuna and a sweet sauce) and our house made sesame dressing keeps customers always coming back at least weekly.
