Burger merchant / junk peddler with the choicest cuts in London Town

Based at the Three Compasses in Dalston, Stephen Fries Burger uses dry aged high quality beef from the Lake District Farmers Company, which boasts the best beef and lamb in the UK. Gordon Ramsay has been known to tweet about it!

Our bread comes from Bread Station, who incidentally supply the same burger bun to Heston's pub in Bray. Not bad so far!

All of our packaging is 100% recycled from the London bio packaging company.
