Soban is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in authentic Korean cuisine. Everything is made IN HOUSE, including all Kimchis, sauces, and marinades. We use absolutely NO MSG in all of our cooking.

Soban, meaning "small table" in Korean, is a traditional dining table. Seating no more than two persons, it creates a very intimate experience for those dining . Each dish served on a soban is prepared with the utmost care and respect for both the guests and the ingredients.
