We first came up with the idea to open Seasalt Fish Grill from our own experiences of eating out with our friends and families. As consumers, we want high quality seafood and great service found in the best restaurants, but we want these features at affordable prices in a convenient, quick-serve setting. We noticed a lack of these options throughout Los Angeles, so with that in mind, the concept of Seasalt Fish Grill began to take shape.
