Roberto Tonzanu born in Sassari in northern Sardinia, came to London in 1998, where after several asperienze finds a place in the Passione and works with the restaurant celebrity chef Gennaro Contaldo,for six year .Came back to Sardinia working as the head chef for the Rossopomodoro group for a year and a half will leave to return to London and work at Rossopomodoro Group in Notting Hill as the head chef for a year. Returns to passione restaurant as sous chef alongside chef Mario Magli today head chef and owner of 500 restaurant in Archway.After passione restaurant, Roberto's work is the content of the brothers Alessandro and Dario Mele tenore restaurant for a year and a half as head chef, in order to leave this beautiful experience to start and run as the head chef of Fiore D'Olivo restaurant in Golders Green,NOW START AND RUN AT TRATTORIA DA LUIGI STOKE NEWINGTON but above all to show the best of Sardinian cuisine in dishes with unique flavors and colors with the best products of Sardinian gastronomy, so people can enjoy The Taste Of Sardinia.
