frybread also known as hwééldi bááh is a southwest delicacy popularized by state fairs and intertribal pow wows. a product of the diné survival of genocide. we use blue bird flour from cortez, colorado in our vegan frybread. made fresh to order as well as our chilaqueles made with blue corn chips. we have vegan options, gluten free options, we make our own pickles, cucumber, jalapeño, and red onion. when possible we use local ingredients and produce.
