The First Uzbek Restaurant in Czech Republic and East - Central Europe
Many centuries ago being situated on the trade caravan ways, which played a big part in the Eastern countries` economical links, it became one of the centers of ancient civilization and a Central Asia people’s bearer of historical and cultural traditions. The city, which age is more than twenty five centuries, charms and entices with its beauty and originality. The streets` quietness, the orioles` singing, the nightingales` warble, the quails` twitting, the water murmuring in the irrigation ditch, can involuntary stop you to make a deep breath, sit at the table under a shady maple tree and think about your life purpose. The Orient people say: „Who cognized the life, don`t hurry“. Samarkand – is a city of legends. Every stone, ravine or pond here – is a living the tradition of the past, every ancient monument is the witness of the real or imaginary actions. Every old tree is connected with a different story, each city block (guzar or machallya) is keeping its own legend as it is a lineage. Sometimes these legends fuse together and form cycles.
