In 2010, Pita Fresh has come up in response to the consumer need for an affordable healthy fix. The owner, coming from Mediterranean background, recognized how healthy the Mediterranean food is, and felt the market need for such type of food, and worked on sharing the good stuff with New Zealand communities and the world.

Being so thin, Lebanese Pita Bread was recognized as a suitable portion, compared to other types of bread, that meets the common nutritious formula of only a QUARTER of our meal should be carbohydrates.
