Key to providing our flavorful dish is the amount of care we use to prepare the noodles. An always forgotten part of the meal is the importance of the noodle. Without delicious, savory noodles, much like chicken and gravy, a pasta dish wouldn’t be complete. That is the reason why we will simmer our noodles in different delectable broths as we prepare them so as to offer them a taste like never before.
Our sauces have also been selected from over 100 different initial suggestions to form a central piece in the sensory experience of eating. Everything from the smell, to the taste, to the tenderness has been carefully selected, tried and tested by our recipe makers who are experts in their fields.
