Chef Thomas Thong, who brought you Asian street food with the TomKat food truck, is twisting another idea. He welcomes you to Nookie, a pop-up brunch "nook" offering up a profile of dishes for the "morning after".

Handle your hangover with his take on biscuits and gravy... with Chinese sausage! Or wrap your hands (and mouth) around a Vietnamese "crispy" crepe burrito. For the sweetness in you, try a threesome of egg puffs (whipped cream and handcuffs optional). You'll want to experience everything on the menu. Come satisfy your craving!
