Monty’s brings you Dum Pukht Biryani, Curries and Kebabs using premium quality long grain basmati rice, the best cuts of meats and the freshest vegetables. The dishes are cooked to the perfect consistency with every morsel redolent with rich flavour. Our curries are not made from base gravies; rather, each dish is cooked separately giving it a unique and distinct taste.

The specialities in our menu are a result of extensive recipe research. Using the traditional Purani Dilli dum pukht style of cooking, our biryani’s and par cooked curries are cooked on dum by placing burning charcoal underneath and on top of the lid covering heavy bottomed bronze degchi’s and sealing it with dough. This way, the heat is distributed evenly and the moisture is retained, resulting in the food being cooked slowly and evenly from all sides, with spices releasing the maximum flavour and meats or vegetables cooked in their own juices. All our Kebabs and Tikkas are grilled by hand on a charcoal grill to ensure they are evenly cooked from all sides and are tender and juicy.
