The dishes are cooked individually in stir-fry pans over seven gas-fired ranges right in front of the customers," says Jay Underwood. "Some of Miso's specialty dishes will be Miso Teriyaki, Tek Tek Noodles, and Miso Ramen all with your choice of chicken, organic tofu, beef or shrimp," continues Jay. For those that want their traditional Teriyaki dish, we plan to keep a couple of the old favorites on the menu as well.
