Chef Mary Carmen graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has taken several Cake Decorating, Baking and Sugar Art classes around the world. As well as teaches many classes all over the world. She started decorating cakes 21 years ago and is still going strong.
She is also the Executive Chef and owner of Young Chefs Academy of Stone Oak has been there since 2008.
She is convince that in order to have an amazing product you need to use only the best ingredients to provide you with the cake of your dreams!
