Mavis, a clever woman, who inspired her granddaughter to produce food (without short cuts!) to tantalize your taste buds: divine danishes, eclairs, langos, sweet and savoury scones, and our famous Mavis creamy Russian fudge.
Looking for that luscious morning tea, a velvet smooth coffee or something exquisite for lunch? Come to our exciting and newly renovated cafe and treat yourself to a taste sensation.
The cafe is open from 7.15am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday and 7.45am – 3.30pm Saturday & Sunday. You can also find us at the Hamilton Farmers Market on a Sunday morning. We bake our pastries and breads fresh for you to enjoy - danishes, brioches, croissants, langos (Hungarian Bread Puff), sweet and savoury scones, muffins, slices, eclairs, custard squares, quiches, and so many more delectable delicacies.
