Located in in the bustling Cuba St in Wellington, New Zealand, Matchbox first opened its doors in May 2012. Since then Matchbox has become a creative space for local and international artists and designers to exhibit and sell their work.
Matchbox operates as a gallery, photography studio, workshop space and a retail store, combining elements of art and design to create a unique experience. Matchbox is dedicated to showcasing, promoting and exhibiting a wide range of New Zealand and International art and design. Matchbox also offers professional photography and web/graphic design services catering for both individuals and businesses.
