Mamma Di Paola is an independent food truck business that makes artisan pizzas to an authentic Roman recipe, with specialty toppings like wild mushroom pesto, and pear & walnut. We provide a freshly-made, locally-sourced and delicious lunch on the go!

Almost all our pizzas are vegetarian, some are vegan, and we use locally-sourced, organic ingredients wherever possible.

All food prep and cooking is done out of our tiny trailer, which makes for a tight and 'cozy' experience, but it guarantees that everything is freshly-made and well-prepared. We never use frozen ingredients or take other shortcuts, and we believe you can taste this in the pizza!

We also sell freshly-made honey lemonade made with organic honey and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. We might be biased, but we believe this stuff tastes like liquid gold. Come along and try a free sample for yourself!
