“Lolailo-Stylo” is a culinary project created by two Spanish food lovers. We are natives of Valencia (where real paella originates from), and want to share our East-Coast rice and Mediterranean specialities with everyone looking for a genuine eating experience. The secret to the delicious flavours lies in Cristina’s skill of blending traditional recipes with precise cooking techniques, having a cooking degree (superior degree of haute cuisine and beverage). She manages the preparation of all dishes, adhering to the strictest hygiene standards and carefully choosing the finest ingredients. We offer a wide range of dishes, exemplifying the Mediterranean diet- typical Valencian rice dishes: fish and seafood paella, chicken and vegetable paella, cod and cauliflower paella, oven rice; a traditional fish or meat casserole (albondigas, caldereta de pescado, guisado de ternera), and several Spanish snacks and specialities like Iberian cured ham, chicken or mushroom croquettes, Spanish omelettes and small sandwiches made with baguettes, grated tomato and Spanish cold meats.
