Liang's Kitchen is a restaurant-chain exclusively serving authentic Taiwanese Military Village Cuisine. These dishes are reproduced with generations of family recipes. Our goal is to expand our vision: “Bring mom's comfort food to the masses.” Our food has been serving the people of California way before these restaurants were open in the 1980s and we continue to teach and introduce our consumers our blend of Taiwanese Village Cuisine.

We specialize in Noodles that are hand-made and hand-pulled. We also serve a variety of Rice Dishes. Also try our very popular appetizer the Stewed Beef Pancake Wrap!
