Since 1996, E4C's Kids in the Hall Bistro Program has operated as a social enterprise helping at-risk youth between the ages of 16 and 24 gain knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in an educational or employment setting

Our vibrant downtown bistro located in Edmonton City Hall is open for breakfast, coffee and lunch Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Relax in our comfortable, friendly bistro or take out and sit by the wading pool while enjoying our selection of baked goods, sandwiches, light meals and select entrees you are providing youth at risk opportunities to work on schooling, develop employment skills and confidence.
