Kaiju Japanese Curry
Introducing Kaiju Japanese Curry:
Japanese curry was introduced to Japan during the Meiji era by the British and has the distinct flavor of its sauce. There are several items which make Kaiju Curry distinct from other seemingly similar products. Unlike the Japanese curries sold in stores in block form and are prepared quickly, Kaiju Curry requires up to two days to cook to bring out its "umami" (savory taste) to itsfullest. The sauce contains up to 14 different spices and vegetables, and contains roasted caramel that is cooked into the curry for five hours, creating the rich, dark colour of the Kaiju Curry sauce. Kaiju Curry is a high quality and gourmet curry which requires man-hours and skill to prepare. The sauce is cooked close to boiling point for six hours and is then left to rest for another day for the acidity to evaporate. This produces a smooth, balanced, full-bodied combination of bitter, sweet, and salty tastes. When paired with generous succulent cuts of fresh, golden-fried pork, chicken, fish fillet or shrimp, the result is a satisfying and nearly-addictive meal that gives customers their money's worth.
