In the hills of Caldas not far from Manizales, nestled beneath a grove of green banana trees swell the bright red berries of Coffea arabica. Every week, Julia Serna brings her coffee to you fresh from this paradise, Colombia’s premium coffee region. Grown at the ideal temperature range of 18 to 24°C and roasted within three days of delivery, Julia’s organic Colombian coffee is so nice that you just might start taking your coffee black. Come by the lower level of the Hamilton Farmers’ Market, northeast corner, and ask Julia to tell you about her home and her family’s history with coffee, and sample some of the finest coffee in the world.
