The cuisine is a combination of scratch made comfort classics with a twist, Italian influenced dishes, and a touch of worldly flair. Our food is made from the freshest natural and seasonal ingredients available, using locally sourced and organic products whenever possible. Our made-from-scratch approach ensures that we know exactly what goes into each and every meal that we serve. All of our dressings, sauces, gravies, marinades, and brines are made in house and we hand roll all of our own pastas.
Named after my great aunt Isabel…Everything she ever made was always from scratch. No matter when you went to her house, the first question she asked, “Have you eaten, and are you hungry” and along with that always came the light pat on the cheek and a big smile. I learned at a very young age what kind of influence great food, wine, and spirits had when it came down to making people happy. The idea of treating everyone like family along with serving exceptional scratch made food which I learned when I was a little boy will be available very soon at Isabel’s.
