"Known originally as Six Restaurant, Ichidon Restaurant ("Ichidon") first opened its doors in 2001.
Located then in Singapore's CBD, set against the Singapore River and Boat Quay, its offerings of authentic Japanese cuisine like fresh sashimi, light tempura and tasty grilled seafood have been
an attraction to both locals and tourists.

In 2011, Ichidon re-located to Maxwell Chambers, and the freshness of the food, impeccable service of the staff and extensive menu offerings continue to be an attraction."
