Chef Yamamoto, the Chief Executive chef of The Ritz Carlton in Washington D.C, where he had the honor of serving three generations of Presidents: Reagan, Bush and Clinton, and served for all of their Inaugurations, will produce CASUAL ITALIAN RESTAURANT.”
He became the first Chief Executive Chef of the Mandarin Oriental in Washington D.C, and was soon invited back to Japan to be the Chief Executive Chef for the soon-to-be opened "Mandarin Oriental Tokyo". The hotel had acquired "One Star" each for three of their restaurants; 'Signature', 'Sense' and 'Tapas Molecular Bar', which was by far, the only hotel in the world that acquired stars for three restaurants located within the same hotel. So far He produced lots of “Casual Italian Restaurants”, which are called [SESTO SENSO] in a MITSUKOSHI-DEPARTMENT STORE, in 2010,at GINZA, TOKYO. This was a first ownership of the restaurant in TOKYO, Japan. In 2012, he continuously opened a new restaurant, “SESTO SENSO H (ACCA in Italian)” in SHIBUYA HIKARIE at a SHIBUYA STATION, TOKYO. The newest “SESTO SENSO” will be opened in Jakarta,Indonesia, 2013.
