Ernie’s is a fusion of Philip’s dreaming and Geraldine’s pragmatism
and organizational skills. Both of us have enjoyed long corporate careers,
have lived and worked in various countries, eventually settling in America—and Bronxville—some 17 years ago. Living in France, Belgium, England and California, and having family in Australia, Italy, Hong Kong and Switzerland has provided tantalizing experiences in food, wine and entertaining. Philip’s past admits to training in both Finance and the Law. But his passion has been the study of wine for over 25 years.
