Following a formula that pairs well-informed, sincere service with a warm and festive atmosphere, Dressler is the natural outgrowth of the dining concept that Colin Devlin successfully implemented at sister restaurant, DuMont. Dressler offers a more refined menu and was awarded 2 stars by Frank Bruni for the New York Times in 2006, and has earned a Michelin star annually since 2008. The seasonal, contemporary American menu is complimented by intricate metal work from Brooklyn Navy Yard artisan sculptors. The interior was carefully crafted from a completely raw space into one of the New York City’s most stunning dining rooms.
