Hi, I'm Edel...this is the dream!!
I gave up my job in finance to pursue owning my own cafe one day. I began by creating a cupcake business from home which has been incredibly successful, hopefully some of you will have tried a "Melting Mill" cupcake! These will be a feature of the cafe.
There will be a 4 week refurbishment period.
Once complete Copper Bird Cafe will have an old/antique/copper look...selling slow cooked wraps made to order, delicious sandwiches on focaccia/granary, freshly made soups every day, cupcakes of course and a selection of home baked treats! You can sit in or take away.
