Chef on Wheels is the endeavour of a young Singaporean chef trying to find his way as a private chef in the vast and diverse food scene of Singapore

Having run Chef on Wheels for a short stint of 9 months in 2012, I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu London for the Grand Diplome course. After graduating from both the Cuisine and Patisserie programs, I was blessed with the opportunity to stage at Le Champignon Sauvage, Cheltenham (2 Michelin Stars) under Head Chef David Everitt-Matthias and also at L’enclume, Cumbria (2 Michelin Stars, 10/10 from the Good Food Guide) under Executive Head Chef Simon Rogan.

Returning to Singapore, I hope to further my passion for cooking and also to bring great food to people.
