With more than 140 years of tradition and experience, we at Café Barbera are today pleased to share with you the charm and perfection in the quality of our products, still made with the same passion and dedication as our founder.
Our secret is the art of selecting a blend of seven different types of the best raw coffee beans in the world from Brazil, Central America, and Indonesia. Our beans are then roasted separately and slowly to obtain a balance of the organoleptic and olfactory characteristics required in an authentic cup of Italian espresso.
