Brave Kitchen Project is all about one thing: food.

We teach cooking classes differently. There is no set formula. Our classes are based around what YOU want to learn and are tailored to satisfy your needs. Have a specific dish you want mastered? Have a dinner party that you need to be extraordinary? Have an event that needs the best possible food? We're here for you.

Our "pop up" dinner services are monthly and will showcase our culinary passion and prowess. James Nelson, along with fellow chef Vicente Blasco, design menus that are both inspiring and bold. Make it out to a pop up evening, you won't be disappointed.
