Ablaze Grill & Bar is located in the heart of the Entertainment Quarter, and is proud to be the premier grill venue in the entertainment precinct. We specialise in contemporary and traditional grilled cuisine at a cost to suit every individual, couple and family.

Our delicious menu offers a vast range of dishes from the char-grill including steaks, cutlets, ribs, chicken, fresh seafood and burgers. We also offer an extensive salad range and specialty vegetarian dishes. For those with a sweet tooth, why not try one of our award winning desserts?

If you're looking for something a little bit different, we also have a tapas menu. We can also offer set menus for functions.

Ablaze includes three dining areas to choose from, with two fully licensed bars over three levels. A private dining room is available for more intimate dining on our mezzanine level.
