Melissa Lazarus Dermatology has opened a new 121TM Medical Grade Beauty Bar in an on-site, boutique-like setting that offers a unique concept in nail and skin care. The Beauty Bar offers the perfect combination of high-end pampering and sanitary medical standards; clients will feel indulged without sacrificing safety. 121TM significantly reduces common health concerns (bacterial, viral and fungal), in a spa setting.
The “121” refers to the 121 degree temperature at which all of the nail instruments are heated in order to be properly sterilized - the same as operating room instruments. The “121” also refers to the one-to-one experience clients will have: the technicians wear one-time-only gloves, and use disposable files, polishes, brushes, cuticle pushers, etc., guaranteed to only be used for each client.
